Zhilai Corp. is a new brand for smart energy storage system of Shenzhen Zhilai Sci. and Tech. Co., Ltd. ("Zhilai") , a China National High-tech Enterprise established on November 5th, 1999. Zhilai has been focusing on R&D, manufacturing, sales and service of smart storage and delivery, and a comprehensive solution provider with strong capabilities in research and development, and global supply.
Zhilai has been a listed company in A-share GEM on April 22nd, 2019 (stock name: Zhilai Tech; stock code: 300771), and it has three production bases in Shenzhen, Hubei, and Vietnam, with an annual capacity of 250,000 units in various kinds of
storage equipment to supply the best products and service to the customers at home and abroad; all the products are made strictly abiding by the quality management system: ISO9001,including the incoming, process and shipment inspection, and each process has followed the strict inspection process,quality control standards and exception handling measures.

The 2nd phase of the Xianning factory in Hubei Province has been officially put into operation, introducing world-class fully automated production lines, with a total production capacity of over 200,000 units per year
Zhilai was listed in Shenzhen Stock Market; WEBOX (VIETNAM) CO., LTD. was established in Vietnam.
Established Webox Inc. as its wholly owned subsidiary in U.S.A.;
Reform of the shareholding system of the company;
